Capoeira BasicsLearn the basics of capoeira, an Afro-Brazilian art form that combines martial art, music, and dance. The class will introduce you to fundamental capoeira movements along with some philosophy and history.
You can expect a fun, yet challenging experience that will help build stamina and push your mind and body’s limits. No experience required and movements can be modified according to your needs.
Wear comfortable workout clothes and be open to doing the class barefoot.
