An informal Kwentuhan (storytelling) session (a la "The View") among kindred spirits of how being bi-cultural is both a challenge and an advantage in the global workplace. Panelists do not own their companies or related to the owners. They are in senior-level management of large organizations they manage or have been appointed to publicly traded companies and are Most Influential Filipina Women in the World (Global FWN100™) Awardees.


SESSION DESCRIPTION: The Conversation will begin with a moderator’s overview of what CEOs and senior management do, how Filipina women leaders create change through their businesses, the roles they play in the global workplace, and how they have created their own global imprint.

Our speakers will engage in a bold conversation on what it’s like to climb the corporate ladder, how to create a path to the C-Suite, and the challenges of a woman of color in business today after #MeToo and George Floyd's murder. Fellow awardees will leave the session feeling proud of our Filipina sisters who take action every day.
