These sessions are for (based on appointment slots booked):
  • PRIORITY (1st queue): FWN Global100™ 2022
  • FWN Board Members (2nd queue)
  • FWN US100™ and Global100 Awardees (2007-2021) (3rd queue) who are registered for the All-Access Summit Pass and were not able to participate in the previous years' Time Capsule
  • *ALL awardees registered for the Filipina Summit: please fill out the Time Capsule Form to schedule your photo session for 30 OCT SUNDAY, 2-5PM.     We need your full cooperation so we can fill all time slots as we are held to the photographer's contractual schedules.

  • Appointment slots will be confirmed upon receipt of your summit registration and travel itinerary. First registration, first-served; 3 days before the summit dates. 
  • Please re-confirm your time slot appointment when you pick up your Summit Credentials (check registration times).
  • *** Please provide us your local cell phone and hotel room number. If you're not staying at the FWN official hotel, provide us your hotel phone and room #. You may email us your info at fwn100@ffwn.org ***

If you are a NO-SHOW or late for your appointment, we will bill you for the photographer fees. If you are late, we will try to re-book but no guarantees.
  • Individual Time allotment: 2-5 minutes for video interviews; 2-5 minutes for photo sessions.
  • Please arrive “camera-ready” with your make-up and hairstyle done.  
  • OUTFIT: wear an outfit that represents your profession or industry. Filipiniana outfit is OK to wear.

FWN's Photographer/Videographer Policy:
FWN will have an official photographer and videographer on-site at all summit events. You are NOT allowed to bring your own photographer/videographer (even as a paid guest) to any of the FWN events without media credentialing approval from FWN.
